Founded in 1983, Landex Corporation began as a real estate development company specializing in the acquisition, rehabilitation and management of multi-family housing communities. Since that time, we have developed and financed a portfolio of more than 3,000 residential homes in properties across ten states. In 1990, we formed an independent sister company – Landex Management – to focus solely on property management.

Our commitment to neighborhoods and communities stems from our town hall approach to real estate development. Our holistic approach means that we examine the delivery of housing within the total context of the community.
