Landex Management was formed as an independent company in 1990 to extend the Landex vision of “creating a better quality of community living” into the management phase of properties. Over the last 19 years, we have employed a proven methodology for efficient and effective property management that achieves results for investors while ensuring high-caliber service for residents.
From the initial concept to full occupancy, management and development work closely to insure the property’s long-term viability. This allows the management team to consider specific requirements of the negotiated contract and address the needs of each of the stakeholders. In addition, we foster the community relationships originally formed during the development phase. We actively engage clients in the management process and seek new and innovative ways to strengthen the housing community.
