That’s why we take a “holistic” approach to our work. We evaluate each development and management opportunity within the context of the entire community. We analyze the property, weighing financial risk and reward while simultaneously assessing the needs of the community. We meet with local community leaders, residents, and other community stakeholders to understand their challenges and ask for their input. We look for matches between the strengths of our partners and the needs of each opportunity.

Our commitment to each property’s success is so strong that we limit the geographical scope of our work to a 2 ½ hour travel-time radius (by car, train or plane). This insures that our team can be responsive and accessible to all properties.
